These boilers are designed to take advantage of the heat of furnace gases or the high temperature gases coming out of the gas turbines in the plants generating electricity. They are used for the production of steam, hot oil and hot water as required by the customer. Our Waste Heat Steam boilers are manufactured with natural circulation.

Project and Manufacturing

Waste Heat boilers are manufactured according to  EN12952 and EN 12953. Notified body controls the every stage of our manufacturing. The control stages are as follows;

1. Project end strenght calculations control
2. Material control and stamp
3. NDT test
4. Hydrostatic pressure test
5. Manufacturing control according to approved project
6. Quality file

Waste Heat Boilers (Water Tube)

It is fully safe saturated and superheated steam boilers with evaporator tubes consisting of natural circulating, single-drum, straight or finned tubes according to gas composition.

Waste Heat Boilers (Smoke Tube)
